A 25 non refundable deposit is taken to secure your date.
However as a professional company we would work with you & honour transferring your deposit to an alternative date.

Would highly recommend this company...defo worth the money! I booked the most expensive package & the ball pit & do not regret it...entertained throughout with dancing, medals, candy floss, bubble machine, snow machine, bouncy castle & a mascot of choice. The guys doing the party were friendly, polite, easy going & fab with the kids! Parents of the children attending even commented on how good it was and how it covered all angles. My son had a fab time & with me being heavily pregnant, it took a lot of pressure off me! Thanks so much for giving my son a fantastic birthday party!

Totally amazing, flawless all the way through. My daughter had the UV disco package, and i can highly recommend. The kids had an amazing time and so did the adults 😂

Would just like to say how pleased I was with the service at my daughter's christening. He was amazing with the children, even got to know their names! He played with them, made great balloons and even helped us tidy up at the end. He really is a credit to you and I'd be more than pleased to have the bouncy castle and him at our next kids party. We had a brilliant disco for a joint 40th party with Cardiff Entertainments. We were really pleased with how easy the booking process was, as well as the reasonable pricing. Dan was good at communicating with us, including letting us know when our DJ, Sam, was on his way on the day. Sam arrived nice and early to ensure a really smooth, calm setup. He was really receptive to the songs that we wanted on the playlist and made sure we knew that he was happy to take requests through the night. Sam was an all round nice guy and made sure both kids and grown ups had a wonderful evening We would definitely use Cardiff Entertainments again.
