However as a professional company we would work with you & honour transferring your deposit to an alternative date.

Exactly as described. Kids had a fab time with a disco and snow machine combo. Communication was good and everything that was discussed was fulfilled. The boys were polite and professional and even brought an extra mascot with them. The kids loved elf on the shelf. Thanks for everything and hopefully see you next year for our Christmas party.

Fab service from Cardiff Entertainments for the Kids Disco Package on the weekend. I have used them multiple times in previous years for bouncy castles and this was the first disco I had booked. Daniel had broken down night before so someone else (Sam) ended up doing the party but everything was professional in the way I was contacted by both men to let me know the situation and that they would never let me down. Party was amazing all the kids enjoyed themselves Would highly recommend to anyone asking about party companies Thankyou

Sam was AMAZING at my sons 4th birthday party From start to finish he was absolutely brilliant and so friendly. The kids were obsessed the disco was a huge hit, Spider-Man was incredible, and the candy floss maker went down a storm Communication was spot on and he was so flexible with timings, making everything totally stress-free. I booked the Christening package and all I can say is I am so glad I booked with this company, the whole set up was fantastic not only did the children have a Fantastic time the adults did too and they all commented on just how good the entertainment was. They went above and beyond to make sure my little girls day was perfect. I will Definitely be booking again, I’m already looking to book a party package for my daughters 4th birthday next year!!
