A 25 non refundable deposit is taken to secure your date.
However as a professional company we would work with you & honour transferring your deposit to an alternative date.

Would just like to say how pleased I was with the service at my daughter's christening. He was amazing with the children, even got to know their names! He played with them, made great balloons and even helped us tidy up at the end. He really is a credit to you and I'd be more than pleased to have the bouncy castle and him at our next kids party. Fab service from Cardiff Entertainments for the Kids Disco Package on the weekend. I have used them multiple times in previous years for bouncy castles and this was the first disco I had booked. Daniel had broken down night before so someone else (Sam) ended up doing the party but everything was professional in the way I was contacted by both men to let me know the situation and that they would never let me down. Party was amazing all the kids enjoyed themselves Would highly recommend to anyone asking about party companies Thankyou

Cant recommend Daniel and his staff enough. The children absolutely loved the disco, bouncy castle and the added touches of balloon animals, snow foam and bubble machine. I will definitely be booking you all again next year. Fantastic company and team
