Fab service from Cardiff Entertainments for the Kids Disco Package on the weekend. I have used them multiple times in previous years for bouncy castles and this was the first disco I had booked. Daniel had broken down night before so someone else (Sam) ended up doing the party but everything was professional in the way I was contacted by both men to let me know the situation and that they would never let me down. Exactly as described. Kids had a fab time with a disco and snow machine combo. Communication was good and everything that was discussed was fulfilled. The boys were polite and professional and even brought an extra mascot with them. The kids loved elf on the shelf. Thanks for everything and hopefully see you next year for our Christmas party.
